Voicemails

The worst is when you miss a call, then get a voicemail notification about 5 minutes later. You know that means you're going to have at least a 2 minute message to listen to, maybe longer. No voicemail should be more than 30-45 seconds, but people love to leave me entire stories on the phone. I know it's a part of my job, but so often I find myself putting off listening to them until they pile up and my inbox is full, forcing me to go through them. I get anxious just thinking about it. But I suppose they are a necessary evil. Unfortunately, my phone screen is not working on the part that I need to touch to access my voicemails, so they are just building and building right now. The worst though-waking up on a Monday morning with 3 new voicemails that you didn't have when you went to bed 5 hours earlier. You know it's going to be an awesome day when it starts like that.

PS: Thank you God that I have a job, make descent money, having a working brain, and am physically about to work. Sorry for being such a complainer.

Because Jessica said I should...

I will start by saying I expect I will probably end up like 99% of the other bloggers. You know, the one's the end up only posting on here a couple of times, 3 or 4 times if you're lucky. But maybe not? I may end up like the 1% of bloggers and become rich off this. Either way, I am doing this because A: I have some random thoughts that are too long for Twitter, B: Facebook notes are lame to me for some reason, and C: because Jessica has told me multiple times she thinks I should do this, and she is right about me more often than most of my friends. So I'm here. I should probably do an "About Me" kind of post...that will probably come later.

Just so you know, I will probably just post a lot of random stuff here if I keep it up. I find lots of interesting (read funny, happy, sad, tragic, inspiring, etc) stories/pictures/videos. I think of myself as an internet connoisseur. I'm on it a lot, and I see a variety of stuff (mostly thanks to this site). I will also post some good deals I come across. I'm very frugal (read rational) and always happy to share my finds. I will leave you one tip to save you (and probably everyone you know) money. Ready for it?
